Minnesota DEED is requesting proposals from qualified responders seeking grant funding to originate and service loans through the Minnesota Emerging Entrepreneur Loan Program. Funds support loans for businesses statewide that are majority-owned and operated by minority or low-income persons, women, veterans, and persons with disabilities.
